I’ve been finding it difficult to focus on some tasks recently – instead of getting on with things, I’ve found myself getting easily distracted and so not achieving a lot.
For some it can be a matter of life and death if they don’t focus on what they are doing (e.g. surgeons), while for others it scan mean the difference between winning and losing (e.g. football players).
It can at times be easy to be distracted, not just in our place of employment, or in our personal life, but in our faith as well. That’s why, in the words of the song, we should turn our eyes upon Jesus so that we stay focused on Him.
